The friendliness professionalism and skills of this company go beyond words my vehicle was painted in specialist paint which was a holographic metal flake sat in a midnight blue high-quality colour that I imported from America and had applied to the vehicle by specialist painters. My vehicle was then involved in an accident and Auto care Liverpool were assigned the job of fixing it Upon collection I could not have been happier with the quality of the workmanship. I had my doubts as to their ability to work with such a specialist paint that requires flow coating after application work was better than the original painters work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I was given a quote for £350 to repair key damage to one panel by sanding and repainting which I was happy with. After my car had been conveniently collected from my place of work at no extra charge I was called within a few hours to to be given the great news that the quote would be reduced to £200 as they found that a full repaint wasn't needed to repair the damage and the car would be available next day instead of being in for a few days.
The repair is amazing, you would never know there was any damage, David was sure to allow me to inspect the panel and talk me through what work had been done to ensure I was happy with the result before payment.
On top of this the car had been given a full valet!
I strongly recommend this place.

After being involved in an accident, Autocare were asked to repair my vehicle. It took a long time to get there because genuine parts are hard to come by. I'm pleased they did because the had less than 50 miles on the clock when I had my accident but they looked out for my interests when repairing the vehicle making sure it had genuine parts.
They asked me how often I'd like updates and stuck to those schedules.
Overall, a long time for the repair at no fault of theirs but worth the wait.

My car was written off which I didn't think it should of been by the insurance company. I was really upset. So I got in touch with them and told them I needed it fixing as my car is very sentimental to me. It was my brother's who had passed away and I bought it. so when I was in the accident and the insurance written it off i was really upset. I asked if they could fix it for me and they said yes they would love to. It's not something they normally do when a car is written off but under the circumstances they would love to and made it priority to do it. When the boss heard that my car come back to them to be fix and the reason why. He didn't hesitate to ring me and said that's what he would of done under the circumstances and he was touch by it. He also took of 10% of my bill saying I deserve that not the insurance company's. He didn't have to do that. But that just shows what an excellent service I got and such genuine company they are.

Hands down the best auto body experience you can get. I’m incredibly particular with my vehicle and notice every little detail (good or bad). I was a little lead-footed and lost control of my GT86 straight into the central reservation, extensive front end damage. Auto Care Repair Centre, Sorted the replacement parts, repairs, painting, diagnostic testing, everything needed to restore it to its original condition.
They ordered all OEM parts, refused any parts that were shipped from the manufacturer that weren’t correct to the car’s VIN (super important they won’t just slap on any part that comes in ), communicated with me on updates and status. Most importantly, they answered all my many questions (which also came daily) and made me feel comfortable/positive about a very negative situation ( A car accident).
Everyone at Auto Care Repair Center is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. My car is a Toyota GT86 and what I would consider a complex vehicle given the many (although unnecessary) amount of parts for simple things like a bumper. With that being said, these guys took care of it with no problem and the car literally looks better than before the accident.
The detailed, washed, buffed, and cleaned the entire inside/outside of the vehicle as well. The total estimation for completion was spot on. I would highly recommend these guys if you have a lead foot like mine. Keep up the great work, Hope to see you soon with my Corsa when you get the time.

I would highly recommend Autocare. The turnaround for the repairs on my car were very quick. I received a great service from the staff. Could not fault the repairs on the car it looked brand new when I picked it up. Autocare definitely provide a high quality service and I would use them again.

Total side of car dinted and scratched and scraped

Delight to deal with, fantastic service.
Autocare have been a delight. They have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. From collecting my van, to talking me through all the required works needed and explaining everything in an easy way to understand. Once my van was ready I got to see all the restoration work before taking it back home. BMW F30 2015
Unfortunately I left the handbrake off on my car and it rolled into another parked car. Autocare was recommended by a friend in work and after a brief phone call my car was collected and repaired the same week. They dealt with my insurance company direct and even helped with my excess.
