Skoda builds its cars to close tolerances, and modern models (the Octavia, Superb, Kodiaq) carry a level of safety and driver assistance technology that makes how a repair is done genuinely matter.
Radar sensors, lane-keeping systems, and emergency braking all tie into the bodywork. If any of that gets disturbed in a collision and isn’t properly recalibrated, it won’t work as it should.
We’re manufacturer-approved and use original Skoda parts as standard. Our technicians work to Skoda’s own repair specifications, which means the work holds up whether you’re dealing with panel damage or something more structural.
Dealing with a repair is one thing. Dealing with your insurer on top of it is another. We take that off your hands entirely.
Our accident management service covers everything: we handle the paperwork, speak to your insurer directly, arrange a courtesy car while your Skoda is with us, and can organise recovery if you need it from the outset. Most customers find they don’t need to make a single call to their insurer themselves.
On fault claims, there’s also the question of your excess – typically somewhere around £250 or more. That has to be settled before any repair can begin, which catches a lot of people out. We can contribute towards it, and in a good number of cases, we cover it completely.
Accident repair is our specialism. All bodywork is carried out to BSI 10125 standards, and we’re equipped to handle ADAS calibration after any collision that affects your car’s sensors or cameras (which is more common than most people realise on current Skoda models).
